Magic City pulled a 30-story rabbit out of its hat last month, as Kimpton Hotels opened their new [Epic Hotel](http://www.epichotel.com/). It’s a first go-round for Kimpton in Miami, and the hotel is nothing short of decadent. Every room has a private balcony with either city or bay views, a dockside marina skirts a portion of the ground floor, and they even offer pet amenities (dig around their site for an actual pet package including grooming services and playtime for the pup).
